Returns & Exchange Policy
At Neem Tres, every piece is handpicked and crafted with the utmost care. As many of our products are handwoven and unique, we maintain a strict returns and exchange policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defective or damaged products, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email us at support@neemtres.com with order details, clear images of the product, and a description of the issue.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for a return/exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for minor irregularities, as these are natural characteristics of handwoven fabrics and not considered defects.

Products purchased during a sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom orders and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable.
Process for Return/Exchange

Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is found defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange or issue a store credit (valid for future purchases).
Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds. In cases where an exchange is not possible, a credit note/store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months.
